How Our Service Works

1.Residents Use the Service

Residents place their bagged trash, recycle items inside the container and leave it outside their door during service hours. Please set out between 5pm – 8pm on designated service days.

2.Our Valets Collect and Dispose

Our Valets pick up trash and recyclables from every unit and dispose of them in your property's onsite dumpsters or compactor. We check and make sure these areas are clean and well kept.

3.Violation Portal and Compliance

Our valets will leave notices on residents’ doors if they haven’t properly complied with the trash valet rules. We will then upload all the time-stamped violations to your portal.
